How to move all files from all folders to one folder?

I have around 1000 folders and each folder has only one file in it. Is there any way to move all files from all folders to one folder in one way, or do I have to do it manually one by one (which sucks -.-)? I have win 7.

There is this really useful file search program called Everything. Install it and in it’s options check the box to show in context menu. You can then right click on any folder, select “search everything” and a list of all folders and files in that parent folder will display and you can select all the files or as many as you want at once and drag to whatever folder you want. You can drag files from the Everything window to Windows Explorer windows or a folder on your desktop. You select multiple files the same way you would in Explorer.

For example if you had a folder that consisted of 100 subfolders each containing one file, you would be able to move all 100 files at once to a new folder.
