Exercise Stationary Bike

I have just stated using a stationary exercise bike to lose a few kilos. What are some good programs I can do?

I want to tone my hamstings and lose some cellulite. Getting fit is also my aim. Appreciate any feedback )
I weigh 68 kilos at the moment and am 175cms tall.
