Yet one should remember that despite most of the BeachBody® fitness programs being designed by recognizable personalities there are still throngs of dissatisfied BeachBody® customers.

The Slim in 6® package also includes a weight loss guide, nutrition plan, calendar, tape measure, and 25 minutes worth of a bonus workout. Slim in 6® comes with a membership to an unspecified, online, weight loss community.

Final Thoughts

Since Slim in 6® is far from the only weight loss program available, you will likely want to look elsewhere for a solution to excess weight. Finding a diet aid made with natural ingredients that can boost metabolism and limit cravings—these characteristics make it easier to stay committed to a diet and exercise routine while also seeing faster results on the scale.
